DEPOSIT

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery, then wait for at least 30 seconds.
  2. Turn the steering wheel so that the front wheels face straight ahead.
  3. Remove the two bolts from the airbag module.

    Tightening torque: 7.8 ~ 10.8 N·m

  4. Remove the wire clamp (B) and disconnect the horn connector (A).
  5. Properly loosen the steering wheel lock bolt. Separate the steering wheel using SST (09561-11001).

    Tightening torque: 39.2 ~ 49 N·m

  6. Fully loosen the steering wheel lock bolt, then remove the steering wheel.
  7. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.

DISASSEMBLY

  1. Loosen the screw, then remove the lower cover.
  2. Disconnect the ground connector (A).
  3. Loosen the screw, then remove the remote control switch.
  4. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
