Inspection

  1. Measure the resistance between the NTC and the heated pad.
    • NTC resistance - 3.42 ~ 4.18 kΩ (25°±1 °C)
    • Heating plate resistance - 1.7 ± 0.2 Ω
  2. Measure the temperature.
    • The steering wheel grip surface temperature should rise from -20°C to 20°C within 6 minutes.
    • The steering wheel grip surface temperature should be maintained at 38°C ± 4°C after 25 minutes.
    • All measurement points (1-8).
