Sunroof Reset

~1min read

The sunroof must be reset if the following occurs:

- The battery is discharged or disconnected, or the related fuse has blown or been replaced or disconnected.
- The sunroof control switch does not operate normally.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and fully close the sunroof.

2. Release the control lever.

3. Press and hold the control lever forward (for more than 10 seconds) until the sunroof tilts and slides. Then release the lever.

4. Move the control lever forward in the close direction until the sunroof operates as follows:

SUNSHADE OPEN → SLIDING OPEN → TILT OPEN → SLIDING CLOSE → SUNSHADE CLOSED

Then release the control lever.

After completing this procedure, the sunroof system is reset.

NOTICE

If the sunroof is not reset when the battery is disconnected or discharged, or if the related fuse has blown, the sunroof may not operate properly.
