Description and Operation

Description

Vehicles have many control units that consume more electrical power. These units monitor their own systems based on information from various sensors. This is important for ensuring a stable power supply, since these sensors carry a variety of information. The battery sensor is installed on the (-) battery terminal. It transmits battery voltage, current and temperature information to the ECM. The ECM controls the charging voltage by duty cycle based on these signals.
