1. Front Seat Belt Buckle

Repair Procedures

Replacement

Hyundai Palisade. Repair procedures
  • When removing with a flat-blade screwdriver or puller, wrap the tool with protective tape to prevent damage to the components.
  • Wear gloves to avoid cutting your hands.
  1. Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
  2. Disconnect the front seat belt buckle switch wire (A).

  3. Loosen the mounting bolt and remove the front seat belt buckle (A).

    Torque: 39.2 – 54 N·m

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    • Make sure the connector is properly connected.
    • Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
