1. Hood Assembly


Repair Procedures

Replacement

Hyundai Palisade. Repair procedures
  • Be careful not to damage the hood and body.
  • An assistant is required to remove or install the hood.
  1. Loosen the hood hinge mounting bolts (A), then remove the hood assembly (B).

    Tightening torque: 18.6 – 26 N·m

  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    • Check that the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
    • Adjust the hood alignment.
