1. Floor Console Assembly

Repair Procedures

REPLACEMENT

[M/T]

  1. Remove the shift knob and shift lever boot (A) by turning counterclockwise.
  2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the upper bracket cover (A).
  3. Disconnect the connector (A).
  4. Remove the floor console strut (A) using a screwdriver or remover.
  5. Disconnect the connectors from the multimedia connector (A).
  6. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the side bracket cover (A).
  7. Loosen the mounting screws and bolts, then remove the rear floor console assembly (A).
  8. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.

[A/T]

  1. To remove the shift knob and protective boots (A), pull them upward.
  2. Remove the upper floor console cover (A) using a screwdriver or remover.
  3. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the upper floor console cover.
  4. Separate the floor console tray (A).
  5. Disconnect the connectors from the floor console struts (A).
  6. Remove the floor console side cover (A) by pushing it toward the rear.
  7. Remove the console armrest (A).
  8. Remove the floor console armrest pad (A).
  9. Loosen the mounting screws and bolts, then remove the floor console assembly (A).
  10. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
