Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the headliner. (Refer to Group BD - "Roof Trim")
  3. Remove the hands-free microphone (A) after disconnecting the connector and loosening the 3 screws on the upper part of the loop.
  4. Check the continuity of the microphone between the terminals.
