Instrument Panel Illumination

When the parking lights or headlights are on, press the illumination control switch to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel illumination.

You can adjust the brightness of the instrument panel illumination from the Settings menu on the instrument cluster or the infotainment system when the ignition switch is ON.

Select:

User Settings > Lighting > Lighting (for cluster type)

Setup > Vehicle > Cluster > Brightness (for infotainment system type)

When the vehicle parking lights or headlights are turned on, the interior light brightness and mood lighting are also adjusted.

WARNING

Never adjust the instrument panel illumination while driving to prevent death, serious injury, or vehicle damage.

Information

  • When the brightness setting reaches either the minimum or maximum level, a warning beep sounds.
  • The infotainment system may change after a software update. For more information, refer to the infotainment system user's manual and quick reference guide.
