Seat Heater Switch Repair Procedures

Inspection

1. 1
   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Remove the floor console upper cover (A) using the appropriate tool.

   Remove the seat heater switch module (A).

   

   Be careful not to damage the hook when removing the switch.

   Disconnect the connector of the driver and passenger seat heater switch (A).

   Check for continuity between the terminals after turning on the driver seat heater.

   Check for continuity between the terminals after turning on the passenger seat heater.

   

7. 7
   If the switch does not operate, replace the driver and passenger seat heater switch (A).

   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Remove the power window switch from the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Group BE - "Power Window Switch")

   7	Battery (+)
   8	GROUND
   9	Indicator (+)

10. 10
    Turn on the 2nd row seat heater switch and check the continuity between the terminals.

    If the switch does not operate, replace the 2nd row seat heater switch.

    

    Be careful not to damage the hook when removing the seat heater switch.
