Power Mirror Switch with Power Output Repair Procedures

Inspection

   The DDM input data can be checked with the GDS.

   To check the input value of the door lock switch, select the "IPM" option.

   Select the "DDM (Driver Door Module)" option.

   Select the "Input/Output Monitor" option.

   To check the input value of the door lock switch in forced mode, select the "ACTUATOR TEST" option.

   

Removal

1. 1
   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Remove the front door panel. (Refer to Body - "Front Door")

   Disconnect the connector (A) of the power window switch module from the wiring harness.

   

4. 4
   Remove the power window switch module (A) from the door trim panel after loosening the mounting screws (13 EA).

   

5. 5
   Remove the module (A) from the auxiliary box after loosening the mounting screw (3 EA).

   

Installation

1. 1
   Install the power window switch module.
2. 2
   Install the door trim panel after reconnecting the related connectors.
