Inspection

Connect battery voltage and check the rear sunshade motor rotation. If the motor does not operate properly, replace it with a known good rear sunshade motor and check its operation.

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the rear package tray (A) after removing the rear seat. (Refer to Body group - Interior Trim)
  3. Remove the rear sunshade (A) after removing the connector and bolts (8EA).
  4. If it is necessary to remove the rear sunshade motor (A), remove the screws (3EA).

Installation

  1. Install the rear sunshade and connector.
  2. Install the rear parcel shelf and rear seat.
  3. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
