Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the interior fuse panel cover.
  3. Remove the side switch assembly of the emergency pad (A) by pushing it through the hole in the fuse panel cover.
  4. Remove the rear sunshade switch (A) after disconnecting the connectors.

Installation

  1. Install the rear sunshade switch and connector to the emergency pad.
  2. Install the interior fuse panel cover.

Inspection

  1. Turn on the switch and check the continuity between the terminals using an ohmmeter.
