Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the protector and the heater blower unit. (Refer to Heater group HA)
  3. Remove the heater blower unit from the airbag. (Refer to HA group - "Heater")
  4. Remove the blower unit (A) from the heater unit after loosening the mounting bolt and screws.
    Check for air leaks from the duct and duct connections.
  5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
