Inspection

  1. Ignition switch ON
  2. Manually operate the control switch and measure the voltage of the blower motor.
  3. Select the control switch to raise the voltage to high speed.

Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the lower cover of the main airbag (A).
  3. Disconnect the PWM blower module connector (A), then remove the PWM blower module (B) by loosening the mounting screws.
  4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
