Adjustment

Check for DTCs and erase them if present.

Select "Data Processing" to reset the ETC adaptive value.

Select "Reset Adaptive Values."

Select "Reset," then wait 10 seconds after turning the ignition key OFF (relay off).

Wait 5 seconds after turning the ignition on (ETC adaptive learning value). If equipped with a push-button start system, press the Engine Start/Stop button 2 times without depressing the brake pedal. This allows the ECM to automatically learn the throttle valve position; then wait approximately 5 seconds. Conditions for activation: Battery > 10 V, Intake air temperature > 5.3 °C, 5.3 °C < Engine coolant temperature < 99.8°C (211.6°F)

Start the engine.

Recheck DTC.
