  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Release the residual pressure in the fuel line. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - Coolant)
  3. Remove the delivery pipe and injector assembly. (Refer to Fuel System - "Delivery Pipe")
  4. Remove the retaining clip (A) and separate the injector from the delivery pipe.
