  1. Measure the resistance of the NTC and the heating pad.
    A. NTC resistance (Black / Yellow, Black) - 10.0 kΩ ± 10% (25°C)
    B. Heating pad resistance (yellow, black) - 1.6 ~ 2.0 Ω ± 10%
  2. Measure the temperature.
    A. The steering wheel surface temperature should rise from -20°C to 20 °C within 6 minutes
    B. The steering wheel surface temperature should be maintained at 38 °C ± 4 °C after 25 minutes
    C. At this time, turn on all measurement points (1~8).
