The multimedia connector on the upper console cover is provided for customers who want to listen to external portable music players, such as MP3 players, iPods, etc., through the vehicle audio system when connected to this connector. This is an optional feature. In case of distortion from a media device connected to the AUX source, the sound device may be normal, but the output level of the media used does not match the AUX input specification.
