Remove the rear wheel and tire (A) from the rear hub.
Tightening torque: 88.2 ~ 108 N·m
Remove the stud and castellated nut or bolt, then disconnect the rear strut rod (A) from the rear axle. Tightening torque: 2WD and 4WD 44.1 ~ 54 N·m N·m [2WD] [4WD]
Loosen the bolt and nut, then remove the rear strut rod (A) from the subframe. Tightening torque: 2WD 137.3 ~ 157 N·m N·m (14.0 ~ 16.0 kgf·m, 101.3 ~ 115.7 lbf·ft) 4WD 137.3 ~ 157 N·m N·m (14.0 ~ 16.0 kgf·m, 101.3 ~ 115.7 lbf·ft) [2WD] [4WD]
Installation is the reverse of removal.
