Inspection

  1. Measure the resistance of the NTC and the heating pad.
    • NTC Thermistor Resistance (Yellow/Black) - 10 kΩ (9 kΩ ~ 11 kΩ), 25°C
    • Heater Resistance (Yellow, Black) - 1.73 Ω (2.1 ~ 2.5 Ω)
  2. Measure the temperature.
    • The steering wheel surface temperature should rise from -20°C to 20°C within 6 minutes.
    • The steering wheel surface temperature should be maintained within 38 °C ± 4 °C after 25 minutes.
