Inspection

  1. Press the VENT switch more than 4 times within 2 seconds while pressing the OFF switch.
    Display Description of Malfunction
    00 Normal
    50 Cluster Ionizer Generator Malfunction

    * For the diagnostic procedure, refer to the DTC Chart.

Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the glove box housing. (Refer to Body - "Glove Box Housing")
  3. Remove the shower duct (A).
  4. Disconnect the connector, then remove the cluster ionizer (B) after loosening the mounting screws.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
