Rear Door Glass Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. 1
   Remove the rear door trim. (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")

   Remove the rear door belt inside weatherstrip (A).

   Remove the screws and remove the rear door belt outer weatherstrip (A).

   Remove the screws and remove the rear door delta molding (A).

   Loosen the bolt and nuts of the rear door channel.

   Tightening torque: 3.9 ~ 5.9 N·m

   Remove the rear door glass mounting hole plug (B).

   Carefully adjust the rear door glass (A) until the screw is visible, then loosen it. Separate the glass from the regulator and carefully pull the glass out through the window opening.

   Tightening torque: 3.9 ~ 2.9 N·m

   Install in the reverse order of removal.
