~1min read
Your vehicle may be equipped with
- MOExtended tires (tires suitable for driving on a flat tire)
- a TIREFIT repair kit
- a compact spare wheel (only in certain countries)
For information on changing and fitting wheels, see the chapter “Changing a wheel”
No preparation is necessary for vehicles fitted with MOExtended tires as standard from the factory. Vehicles with MOExtended tires do not have the TIREFIT repair kit. If you fit tires to your vehicle that are not suitable for driving on a flat tire (winter tires, for example), additionally equip it with a TIREFIT repair kit. You can obtain a TIREFIT repair kit from a qualified workshop.- Stop the vehicle on firm, level, non-slip ground, as far away from traffic as possible.
