This tool can also be used to remove roof trim covers and the exterior door weatherstrips.

This tool allows easy removal of fir-tree type fasteners and clips from interior trim, such as door panels, soundproofing mats, and mudguard fixings.

The door window regulator handles can also be removed (first place a piece of protective cloth on the bearing surface with the door trim to avoid damaging it during removal).

Its flat, bevelled tip allows easy access under the fasteners without damage, so the fastener heads are not altered and can be reused on refitting.
