BONDING OF ATTACHED PARTS

PRODUCTS

It is ESSENTIAL to assemble the attached parts of the KANGOO Grand Volume using:

• the adhesive cartridge
  reference 56 89 330 053, used by RENAULT
  Commercial Vehicles,

• its adhesion primer
  reference 59 89 330 052,

• the finned nozzles (sold individually)
  reference 77 11 172 866,

• degreaser, heptane
  reference 77 11 170 064,

SPECIFIC FEATURES

In areas where the original paint has been damaged (down to the sheet metal), an anti-corrosion primer of the "ALPHA" type (reference 77 01 423 933) must be applied.

The adhesion primer (reference 59 89 330 052) is applied to the e-coat after dulling with a grey pad, and to areas treated with the "ALPHA" primer without dulling, after drying.

EQUIPMENT

3M ADHESIVE FINISHING SEALANT (Reference 77 11 212 385)

Apply before painting, onto the primer after degreasing.
