FLYWHEEL REPLACEMENT

DEPOSE

REMOVAL

After removing the friction disc, remove the flywheel mounting bolts (bolts must not be reused).

Resurfacing the friction face is not permitted.

INSTALLATION

Clean the flywheel bolt threads in the crankshaft.

Degrease the flywheel seating face on the crankshaft.

Refit the flywheel, locking it in place with Mot. 582 or Mot. 582-01.

NOTE: flywheel bolts must always be replaced.
