F9Q or K9K

The glow plug control unit is an electronic relay consisting of a power circuit for each glow plug. It is controlled by pin C F2 of the injection ECU for the K9K engine and by pin C E2 of the injection ECU for the F9Q engine.

Note: It is located behind the front left wheel mudguard.

REMOVAL

  • Disconnect the battery

  • Remove:
  • the front left wheel,
  • the front left wheel mudguard.
Boîtier de pré-postchauffage
  • Disconnect the pre/post-heating unit connector.
  • Remove the pre/post-heating unit.

INSTALLATION

  • Refit in the reverse order of removal.
