General
- In general, all measurements in this manual are made with a caliper.
- When using a measuring tape, make sure it does not stretch, twist, or bend.
- Both projection dimensions and actual dimensions are used for measurements in this manual.
- These dimensions are provided as a reference for after-sales service and must not be used as specifications.
Measuring method
Projection dimensions
- These are dimensions measured by projecting the measuring points onto the base plane; they are the base dimensions used for body repair.
- If the length of the tracking gauge probes is adjustable, take the measurement by extending one probe by an amount equal to the height difference of the two surfaces.

Actual dimensions
- These dimensions indicate the actual linear distance between measuring points and are reference dimensions for use when a measuring gauge is used.
- Measure with both probes first set to the same length (A=A').
Check the probes and gauge to make sure there is no free play.

Measuring point
- Measurements should be taken at the center of the hole.

Measure to the center of the outer panel (hole).
