■ The rear window wiper and washer can be operated when

Vehicles without smart entry & start system The key in the ignition switch is in the "ON" position.

Vehicles with smart entry & start system The engine switch is in IGNITION ON mode.

■ If no washer fluid is sprayed Check that the washer nozzle is not clogged, and that there is washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir.

NOTE

■ When the rear window is dry Do not operate the wipers, as this may damage the rear window.

■ When the washer fluid reservoir is empty Do not operate the switch continuously, as the washer fluid pump may overheat.

■ To prevent battery discharge With the engine off, do not leave the wipers operating longer than necessary.
