Vehicles without smart entry and start system: The interior lights come on when a side door is opened. They go off when the side doors are closed.

Vehicles with smart entry and start system: The interior lights come on when a door is opened. They go off when the doors are closed.

■ To avoid discharging the battery The lights automatically turn off after 20 minutes if the interior light is left on when the ignition switch is in "LOCK" (vehicles without smart entry and start system) or after the engine is turned off (vehicles with smart entry and start system).
