DAB Digital Radio

The digital radio tuner allows you to receive digital radio stations with high sound quality. Digital radio stations can only be received where a digital radio network is available.

In digital broadcasting, the signals of several radio stations are combined into a so-called ensemble. Up to 15 radio stations can be combined in one ensemble.

Any of the stations can transmit additional information at the same time, for example weather forecasts or the name of the artist of the playing track.

Sometimes stations do not limit themselves to one programme. For example, a station can broadcast several sporting events at the same time, giving the listener a choice.
