Setting and Maintaining the Current Speed

Push the lever forward (arrow 1) or pull it back (arrow 2).

The system stores and subsequently maintains the current speed. The set speed value is shown on the speedometer and (briefly) on the display in the instrument cluster.

When driving uphill, the vehicle may fail to reach the set speed if the engine power is insufficient. If the engine braking effect is insufficient when driving downhill, the system brakes the vehicle.
