TeleService

"TeleService" helps you stay in contact with your BMW Service Center. This function allows the BMW Service Center to receive information on the technical condition of the vehicle or on the approaching due dates of mandatory inspections. This concerns the data recorded in the vehicle key as part of the CBS (Condition Based Service) concept. If necessary, BMW Service Center staff will contact you and offer to schedule service. The advantage for you is that the BMW Service Center can prepare in advance for the required preventive maintenance work.

The operation of "TeleService" functions depends on the country of residence: data may be transmitted either automatically shortly before the relevant due dates, or during your telephone call to the service center. For more detailed information on this topic, contact your BMW Service Center.
