"BMW Assist" expands the capabilities provided by "TeleService". You can use additional services such as "Information Service" or transmission of the vehicle location to the "BMW Assist" operator during an emergency call.

Availability of many "BMW Assist" functions depends on the individual contract with the service provider. The method of transmitting CBS (Condition Based Service) data depends on the country of residence.

You can also use "BMW Assist" services via the Internet. The range of services offered is constantly being expanded.
