Air Conditioning

~1min read

The air conditioning (A/C) system lowers the temperature and humidity of the cabin air, and removes dust and other airborne particles.

However, if the temperature control knob is set to heat, warm air is supplied to the cabin even when the air conditioner is on.

Water droplets may drip from under the engine compartment while driving with the air conditioner on. This is normal, since the air conditioning system removes moisture from the cabin.

Because the air conditioning compressor is driven by the engine, engine output and driving response may change slightly when the compressor is operating.
