Cruise control
In this manual: Driving
~1min read
The system automatically maintains the speed set by the driver, without the need to press the accelerator pedal.
Cruise control is switched on manually: the vehicle speed must be above 40 km/h and you must select:
- fourth gear for a manual gearbox,
- second gear for an automated manual gearbox in sequential mode,
- position A for an automated manual gearbox, or position D for an automatic gearbox.
Cruise control is switched off manually, by pressing the brake or clutch pedal, or when the stability control systems are switched off for safety reasons.
Pressing the accelerator pedal firmly allows the set speed to be temporarily exceeded.
To return to the stored speed, simply release the accelerator pedal.
Switching off the ignition cancels the set speed.
