It has an anti-glare mechanism that darkens the mirror glass and reduces driver discomfort caused by sunlight, the headlights of other vehicles, etc.

For safety reasons, the rear-view mirrors must be correctly adjusted to reduce the blind spot.

Adjustment

  • Set the rear-view mirror to the “day” position.

Day/night position

  • Pull the lever to switch to the anti-glare “night” position.
  • Push the lever to switch to the “day” position.

Model with automatic day/night switching

Using a sensor that monitors the light intensity behind the vehicle, the system automatically and gradually switches from day mode to night mode.

To ensure good visibility when manoeuvring, the mirror brightens automatically when reverse gear is engaged.
