With the vehicle on level ground and the engine switched off, the coolant level with a cold engine should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on reservoir 2.

Top up the level with a cold engine before it drops to the "MIN" mark.

Do not carry out any cooling system work while the engine is hot. Risk of scalding.

Fluid level check frequency

The coolant level must be checked regularly (lack of coolant in the cooling system may cause serious engine damage).

If topping up is necessary, use only products approved by the brand's technical services, which guarantee:

  • anti-freeze protection;
  • corrosion protection of the cooling system.

If you notice an excessive or repeated drop in level, contact an Authorised Brand Partner. When carrying out work near the engine, remember that it may be hot. In addition, the radiator fan may switch on at any time. Risk of injury.
