Headlight Delay, Headlights-On Reminder, Fog Lights
Headlight Delay
To assist you when leaving the vehicle, your vehicle is equipped with a headlight delay system that keeps the headlights on for approximately 90 seconds. This delay is activated when the ignition is in the OFF position with the headlight switch on, and then the headlight switch is turned off. The headlight delay can be cancelled by turning the headlights on and then off, or by switching the ignition to the ON position.
NOTE:
The headlight delay time is programmed in the Uconnect settings.
Headlights-On Reminder
If the headlights or parking lights are on after the ignition is switched to OFF, the vehicle sounds a chime when the driver's door is opened.
Fog Lights — if equipped
The fog lights are turned on by rotating the headlight switch to the parking light or headlight position and pressing the headlight switch knob.

The fog lights will operate only when the parking lights are on or the headlights are in the low beam position. The fog light indicator light in the instrument cluster illuminates when the fog lights are on. The fog lights turn off when the switch is pressed a second time, when the headlight switch is turned to the OFF position, or when the high beams are selected.
