Manual Front Seat Forward/Rearward Adjustment

Some models may be equipped with a manually adjustable front passenger seat. The seat can be moved forward or rearward using the bar located at the front of the seat cushion, near the floor.

While seated, lift the bar located under the front of the seat cushion and move the seat forward or rearward. Release the bar once the desired position is reached. Then, using body pressure, move back and forth on the seat to ensure the seat adjuster has latched.

• Adjusting the seat while driving can be dangerous. Moving the seat while driving may result in loss of vehicle control, which may cause a collision and serious injury or death.
• Adjust seats before fastening the seat belts and while the vehicle is parked. Serious injury or death may result from an improperly adjusted seat belt.
