NOTE
Before installing the piston, the cylinder bore must meet the taper and out-of-round specifications.
- Measure the cylinder bore diameter in two directions.
- Select the piston size based on the cylinder bore diameter.

NOTE
For precise fit, new pistons are divided into 3 categories within each size range based on their relative position within the range. A paint mark or specific size class on the new piston indicates its position within the size range.
Select the piston with the correct paint mark or size designation.
