Hood. Removal and Installation

Removal

   Open the hood.

   Both sides.
   Mark the hood hinge position with an index mark to aid hood installation.

   

3. 3
   Remove the nuts and the cover.
   Torque: 18 lb-ft (25 N·m)

   Remove the pin-type retainers and the hood insulation.

   

5. 5
   Remove the pin-type retainers and the hood trim panel assembly.

   

Installation

1. 1
   To install, reverse the removal procedure.

   Check the hood alignment. If necessary, align the hood.
