The system is activated automatically each time you switch on the ignition.

Your vehicle is delivered with this feature already turned on. If necessary, you can turn this feature off using the information display. See General Information (page 89).

Stability control remains active even when you have switched off the traction control system.

Deactivating the System Using the Switch (If Equipped)

The switch is located on the instrument panel.

Press the switch. A message appears together with an illuminated icon in the display. Press the switch again to return the system to normal mode.
