Power Window Lock Switch

The driver can disable the rear passenger door power window switches by pressing the power window lock switch.

When the power window lock switch is pressed:

• The rear passenger power windows cannot be operated from the driver's switch.
• Note that the front passenger window switch can still operate the front passenger window, and that the driver's master switch can still operate all power windows.

WARNING

Do not allow children to play with the power windows. Keep the power window lock switch on the driver's door in the LOCK position. Children may accidentally open a window, resulting in serious injury or death.

NOTICE

• To avoid possible damage to the power window system, do not open or close two or more windows at the same time. This will also extend the life of the fuse.
• Never try to operate the driver's master switch and a separate window switch in opposite directions at the same time. If this is done, the window will stop and cannot be opened or closed.
