Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  3. Disconnect the rheostat switch connector (A).
  4. Check the voltage of the new rheostat switch. If the lamp brightness changes smoothly without flickering when the rheostat is turned, the rheostat is normal.
