Information

Make sure all warning lights turn off after starting the engine. If any warning light remains on, it indicates a condition that requires attention.

Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Warning Light

Hyundai Elantra. Warning and Indicator lights

This indicator light illuminates:

  • As soon as you turn the ignition key or engine start/stop button to the ON position.
    - Illuminates for approximately 6 seconds, then turns off.
  • If there is a malfunction in the SRS.
    In this case, have your vehicle checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

Seat Belt Reminder Light

Hyundai Elantra. Warning and Indicator lights

This indicator light informs the driver that the seat belt is not fastened.
