Lighting
  • HUD does not operate
  • Display brightness is not automatically adjusted (no difference between day and night).
  • Check the lighting control.
  • Check the operation of the ambient light sensor.
  • Check CAN communication.
  • Check the lighting control in the cluster (USM) > If the HUD operates, there is no problem.
  • Check the operation of the ambient light sensor > If the ambient light sensor operates, check the communication (BCM - HUD).

Adjustment Function
  • Display position is not adjusted.
  • Check the mirror movement with the IG switch on or off (parking position).
  • If the step motor does not operate when IG is on or off, > the HUD step motor is faulty.
  • If the step motor in the HUD operates when IG is on or off, > check CAN communication (cluster - HUD).
