Removal and Installation

  1. Loosen the drain plug, drain the coolant, and remove the radiator cap to speed up draining. (Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
  2. Disconnect the overflow hose (A) and the coolant hose (B).
  3. Remove the expansion tank (C).

    Tightening torque: 3.9 ~ 5.9 N·m

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
