To change the trip mode, press the TRIP button on the steering wheel.

Distance to Empty (1)

  • Distance to Empty is the estimated distance the vehicle can travel with the remaining fuel.
  • If the calculated distance is less than 1 km, the trip computer will display "----" as the distance to empty.

Information

  • If the vehicle is not on level ground or the battery is discharged or disconnected, the distance to empty function may not operate correctly.
  • The distance to empty may differ from the actual driving distance, as it is an estimate of the available driving distance.
  • The trip computer may not register additional fuel if less than 6 liters of fuel is added to the vehicle.
  • Fuel economy and distance to empty may vary significantly depending on driving conditions, driving habits, and vehicle condition.

Average Fuel Economy (2)

  • Average fuel economy is calculated from the total distance driven and fuel consumed since the last average fuel economy reset.
  • To reset the average fuel economy manually, press and hold the RESET button on the steering wheel for more than 1 second while the average fuel economy is displayed.

Instant Fuel Economy (3)

  • In this mode, the instantaneous fuel economy is displayed during driving when the vehicle speed is above 10 km/h.

Trip Distance A/B (1)

  • The odometer is the total distance driven since the trip odometer was last reset.
  • To reset the trip odometer, press and hold the RESET button on the steering wheel for more than 1 second while the trip odometer is displayed.

Elapsed Time (2)

  • Elapsed time is the total driving time since the last reset.
  • To reset the elapsed time, press and hold the RESET button on the steering wheel for more than 1 second while the elapsed time is displayed.

Information

The elapsed time will continue to count while the engine is running (for example, when the vehicle is in traffic or stopped at a traffic light).

Average Vehicle Speed (3)

  • The average vehicle speed is calculated based on the total distance traveled and driving time since the average vehicle speed was last reset.
  • To reset the average vehicle speed, press and hold the RESET button on the steering wheel for more than 1 second while the average vehicle speed is displayed.

Information

  • The average vehicle speed is not displayed if the distance traveled is less than 300 meters or the driving time is less than 10 seconds after the ignition switch is turned on.
  • The average vehicle speed will continue to be calculated and will begin to decrease if the vehicle stops with the engine running (for example, when the vehicle is in traffic or stopped at a traffic light).
